Simple.

Got a couple of simple cards to share with you today – simple in that they don’t have a lot going on.

This first card I was contracted to make a sympathy card for a lady who had lost her dog named Daisy.  Of course I had to use BasicGrey’s Max & Whiskers collection and then the chipboard is from Cosmo Cricket – I thought the flowers could be daisies…like for the dog’s name?  Lame?  Maybe.  Although the buyer was pretty pleased with it.  I did stamp a “with sympathy” on the inside.

And then another super simple card with that yummy – literally – paper from Webster’s Pages.  This was in their Christmas collection but I wanted to use the cuppies and make a non-Christmas card.

The Max & Whiskers card is just perfect, Michelle. Speaking as someone who has made her share of pet condolence cards, it’s just right! I love the paper and the colors on your cuppy card! I’m with Lorraine–is that paper or what on the right side–it’s so cool. Inquiring minds want to know. 😀
