I’ve been blogging since November of 2008 and I honestly can’t remember being so away from the blog as I have been lately. I have been busy before so I’m not sure what it is. Maybe blog burnout has hit me for the first time? I don’t know, but I am off. Ah well, we’ll see if we can’t take care of that soon. Busy day today – garage sale just ended…and my daughter’s last soccer game was today – they ended up going undefeated again and are going to play in the tournament next week against girls a whole year older. And now I’m chillin’ like Bob Dylan. So how about we share some cards?
I’ve got a couple of cards here that I have in the new Card Creations Volume 9 that just came out.
I do not submit to Paper Crafts very often as I feel that my style is not a perfect fit for their publications. However I do sometimes turn out a card or two that I think hmmm….that might work in Paper Crafts, and I get in. I like it when that happens. 🙂

your cards are beautiful. i love the way you tied the purple seam binding ribbon and i just all the way love the measuring tape ribbon. as for blog burnout, i think it just ebbs and flows. i know for me, during the summer months, i am lucky if i manage to post once per week. we are lucky with your blog because you post such pretty things they are always worth waiting for.

I love them both! The first is adorable and I love that tape measure ribbon (where did you find that?) The second card is gorgeous and I love the sentiment! Congrats to your daughter’s team for another undefeated season!

Wow, gorgeous creations! Love the perfect banner, measuring ribbon & the cute cute pins on the first one and the pretty paper, ribbon, bling & hardware! on the second one! Oh and I am still waiting for my PTI box to arrive – hopefully my anniv sets are in there – so I can send one to ya! And if I was as busy as you, I would have burnout too (well, I think I still have it, lol).

Been there on the blog burnout! I just had to make it not an everyday thing…just blog on a couple days a week. It makes it not so much a job – but I know it has never been that way for you. I also decided to change mine up a little this time….I am just starting the re-invention. I hope you don’t lose your card mojo no matter what – I love your stuff – It always makes me smile! I may not comment each time, but I sure do visit every new post! See ya!

Michelle I always like to see what you do with your embellishments! Great job of both of these cards. I really like the 2nd one..the purple ribbon just drew me to it as well as the lovely sentiment. I know what you mean about blog burnout…I’ve got other things to do right now on my list first.
