July CARDs preview.

Happy Saturday!
What are you up to?  I’m gonna get some motion goin’ in this ol’ leg-o-mine and make trips back and forth to the laundry room.  And in between, I’ll be wrapping presents for my son’s birthday comin’ up in 2 weeks.

The fine folks over at CARDs magazine got a lil’ preview of the July issue…and a shout out to me; thanks, CARDs!
(That’s not my card shown below; they show mine later in the video.)

Rented another Redbox movie yesterday.
Got a little burned-out on the chick flicks, so the husband chose this movie:  The American.  Have you seen this movie?  If so, can you please ‘splain it to me like I’m a 4 year-old?  Seriously.  Did not get this one at all.  They gave like zero information.  And the ending should not have gone down like that!  If it weren’t for George Clooney – who will still be hot at 95 – I’d be asking for a refund on this one.

You know what else really sucks about being immobile? Being out of the couponing game. I am living off these Drumstick ice creams. Because, I’ll just say it: I am an emotional eater. So my husband, being the enabler good guy that he is, always makes sure to have me plenty stocked on all the little summer treats that will make me happy right now.  Um…these are $5 a box.  FIVE DOLLARS.  They went on sale this week for half that.
But no coupons and no sale price is a HUGE no-no.

Congratulations on your published cards and the shout-out in this video. I really like the way you added the green ribbons to the scalloped banner at the top. Very sweet.

Congrats on the card being published! Pretty card! I saw the movie in the theatre when it first came out and it was definitely a second rate movie, bad picture. It had a slow moving plot too. All in all, at the end of this movie, I decided I enjoyed it, although it did end weird. I don’t plan on watching any TV airings (if it does) though…
