Posted by Michelle on November 13th, 2011 . Filed under: Couponing .Up this week is Walmart couponing a few different ways: matching the Kmart doubling policy, honoring Albertsons doublers, and stock-up prices. So let’s get to it.
About once a month Kmart does double coupons. Sorry to say, Kmart is EXPENSIVE. What the heckles happened to the days of the blue light and Kmart being cheap-cheap? Just not my Kmart from childhood that’s for sure. But anyway. When they double coupons, they will double coupons up to 99-cents – so NOT $1 coupons. And it just says it in the ad. So, you just take the ad down to the Walmart and of course they are cheaper, and then you can double all those lower value coupons.
New Dole Fruit Crisp looks really yummy.
These were $1.98 each, doubled 75-cents and got these for 48-cents each.
50-cent coupons doubled got the taco shells for 50 cents each, and the Kraft seasoning packets for 28-cents each.
Purina cat food was $2.57 each, I had coupons for $4 off! I made $1.43 on each box which earned me $14.30 going towards the rest of my order. And the Temptations cat treats made me 3-cents each when doubled.
Spaghettios were 27-cents each after doubling and the tuna was 38-cents after doubling.
Then when the Albertsons doubling up to $1 coupons deal came out, I stocked up on canned veggies and fruits. Libby’s veggies were 25-cents each after doubling and fruit was 12-cents after doubling. I can’t get everything free so when I can get something at the best price I know it to ever be with or without a coupon, I stock up.
More LA Looks hair gel for my son – made 6-cents each on this. I had a random 1 coupon for the Rotel which cost me 7-cents after doubling. The gummy bears were 37-cents after doubling, the Tide made me 3-cents and the pork roast was $2.98 after doubling $1 – need to watch for more of these coupons.

Love!!! We dont even have a Kmart…. haven’t been in one in years! No one around here doubles either… however I signed up for our local grocery stores coupons and they run this cool Friday Freebie which I always partake in now… thanks to being inspired by you.

No freaking way?!!!!! Your WM matches double coupons?! Dadgum that is totally fabulous! The WMs around here won’t because Kroger doubles every day (up to 50-cents). Pffffft! Though my checker at WM yesterday said, “There’s an ad out for 10-lbs of potatoes for 1.88. Have you seen it?” I had and forgot the grocery ad to match. She replied, “I’ve seen it a million times today. You’re good.” And sold me potatoes for that price. Almost hugged her. Would really hug ’em if they’d double coupons!!
Have you tried using the $2.00/any Tide for the single pack? I’ve got a stack of them and need to try it out. I’ve heard mixed results. Tide says it is up to the stores. Some people have done it with no problems. Some people have had issues. But it would be a $1.03 money maker if it worked!
