St. Patrick’s Day card.

Do people really send out St. Patrick’s Day cards?  Maybe if you’re Irish?  Well I’m not Irish, but I do have a bestie that is, so I made this card for her.  I’ve got a little package with some green candies and some Irish oatmeal that I picked up on the cheap couponing 😉  I made this card a while back with a lot of remnants so I can’t really say what all is on here.  I *think* the patterned paper is from Webster’s Pages, embellies from My Mind’s Eye, vintage lace trim from A Million Memories and some wonky stitching.  Corned beef and cabbage at Aunt Connie’s tomorrow night – we’re not Irish, but we’ll partake for sure!  Happy Friday!

LOL I’m with you….how many people send out or give a card for the 17th? I made a few this year and I’m sure I do every year but where they end up is in a box….you know the boxes of cards I have just sitting there….lol
This one is fun though! So many cool things on it!!! I’m sure your friend will love it along with her goodies!

A glittery pop of blue on a card full of green = Awesome!! I don’t send out cards for the more random holidays like this one, but they are still fun to make! 🙂 I bet your friend loves her card, and the oatmeal, lol 🙂 I was just wondering what we’re going to do for dinner tonight and remembered the whole corned beef/cabbage thing. I think you are on to something! Have a great time at the aunt’s house!

Great card Michelle! This Irish Girl usually sends cards but this year they are still on my craft table! I did not have corn beef and cabbage today, though to much leftovers for me! Hope you had a wonderful day!
