I love you, son.

Today’s gonna be a good day.  It’s my son’s 10th birthday.  I’m taking the afternoon off and we’re going to go score all his birthday freebies:  free meals at Sonic, IHOP, and Denny’s.  Free ice cream at Baskin Robbins and Coldstone Creamery; use our free bowling vouchers, and a free $10 I have at Kohl’s.  And then tonight we’ll do dinner at Carino’s (free gift card from my in-laws for our anniversary ;)) and then home for cake and presents.  Busy fun day with lots of free – that’s how we roll – ha!

Did your little ones have the pop pop toy when they were kids?  I loved seeing it on this sheet of patterned paper from Echo Park Paper.  Totally started the writing for me on the inside where I said it seems like only yesterday he was pushing around his pop pop with a pacifier in his mouth.  My how time flies.  It really does.  Life is so short and happens by with a quickness.  Enjoy today!
