New Year’s Eve Party Bags.

We’re going home to California for Christmas this year.  Over the river and through the woods, to grandmother’s house we go.   The 4 of us (and my mother – yikes!) all packed in to our car for the trek to California (to the in-laws’).  Which means that we won’t be seeing my family here in the ‘ho for Christmas.  So what we’re doing is hosting a New Year’s Eve soiree where we’ll exchange Christmas gifts, and ring in the new year together.

I made up some party bags complete with all the essentials:  party beads, party poppers, masks, and gold coins as a symbol of good fortune in the new year.

I die cut pretty patterned paper (Webster’s Pages) toppers for these great patterned kraft bags from Whisker Graphics.

I embellished with stickers, washi tape, a library stamp, and some gold & silver stars from the party store.

Glue Dots® dispensers make quick work of bulk projects.

If we don’t comment-chat before Christmas…..Merry Christmas and Happy New Year….and have a safe trip!
