On the first day of Christmas.
Posted by Michelle on December 1st, 2012 . Filed under: Christmas, Gift Packaging, It's in the Bag! .This year I thought it’d be fun to make my own advent calendar for the littles. I’m not big on mass-producing, and don’t have a lot of time or patience, so I had to do what worked for me. I took some fun bright green gingham sacks from my shoppe, embellished them a little, and then filled ’em up and put ’em in a big ol’ basket.
I love number dies. So functional. But a complete pain in the …. to cut out so many. Totally worth it though.
A little washi, a little date stamp, and my die cut numbers. And after I was done, I faux-stitched with a gel pen.
The fun part. Gathering all sorts of sweets and treats and packaging them all up.
Happy December 1st!

Could you just adopt me know? Lol. This is fantastic! I never knew how much I wanted to partake in one before now! Your use of washi is superlative! Such a delight!
