Valentines for the teachers.

Up today are the little gifties I put together for the kids’ teachers at school. Some pretty purple pens and highlighters for my daughter’s 2 teachers, and then this little talking Star Wars thingy for my son’s teacher (who is big in to Star Wars). I used some fun pink bags from Whisker Graphics, and some sorta coordinating patterned paper from American Crafts. It didn’t match as perfectly as I wished it would have, but 20 shades of pink on Valentine’s Day is OK, no?
And then I went wayyyy old school with these heart doilies. I picked these up at an antique shoppe. 50-cents by Hallmark in 1978 probably. Think I paid $2 – inflation, you know 😉
Patterned paper….stickers….

This is SO pretty! I want those doilies….I will have to remember to look for items like that when I go into antique & vintage shops in the future!!

Girl, you are still the Queen of packaging, lol! Love these! Since the candy fiasco (where my son thought his teacher threw out his class goodies), my son refuses to take anything to school, lol. Plus he hates his teacher big time this year – ack – so no valentine love there. Thank you so much for the candy & card! So thoughtful of you! I went thru a cancer scare, but am okay now…but just trying to get healthier…and trying to get my stressful job under control. Hope the weather starts warming up for ya! Take care!
