Hello today.

Happy FINALLY Friday!  I have had a seriously cray week and can’t wait for 5 o’clock to get here today.

My son had his big 5th grade Constitution speech to give this week.  I was working on this card for a magazine, and the card kinda went south on me and I decided it was not magazine (or even blog) quality.  So I packaged it up and put it in my son’s backpack on the day of his speech with a little good-luck note and a packaged mint that was laying on my desk from the last time we went out to dinner.  Pick those little mints up on the way out of the restaurant and surprise your kiddies with them – they will love it, and it cost you nothing 😉
Oh – and Santa brought me a Dymo labeler for Christmas and I am just lovin’ it.  Reminds me of grade school in the >gasp< 70s.

And then here’s another lil’ card that I had published in the January issue of CARDs magazine.

Hope your Friday – and the weekend – is super fab.  Any great plans to share?
