My daughter lost her iPhone. I came unglued last night after a day of searching the house and it not turning up. The phones were “free,” they share our data, so they really only cost me $10 a month. And I say that for those of you thinking kids don’t need iPhones. But when they are home alone after school, and for wanting to create little videos and pictures to send grandma & grandpa out of state, I’m cool with it. Anyway. So her iPhone is missing. And I go in to her junkyard of a bedroom last night and start tearing through the place and find all sorts of food wrappers! Just like I used to have when I was a kid – LOL Pop Tart wrappers. Empty Gatorade bottle. An empty microwave dinner box. An empty jar of Nutella. What the !!!! We don’t eat in our rooms. We don’t freakin’ eat in our rooms! And the room’s a mess. And she lost her iPhone. Oh I was not a happy mamma. And I made sure she knew that. But I talked to her last night, and again this morning….and this bright, horrible-to-photograph card is going to be hers today too. So that’s that.

I just love those mama goes crazy moments. My daughter’s room… Lordy… it is a hot mess. So did you find the iphone?
