Adventures in Couponing.

Very rarely do I coupon at Target.  But every once in a great while, there is a hot little deal that I just can’t pass up.
Like these Lindt Hello chocolate bars.  $2.79 each.  I had a manufacturer coupon for $2 off, and then a Target store coupon for $1 off which made them free.

My Garnier shampoo & conditioner was the same price at Target as it is at Walmart, and I had some $1 coupons, so I picked those up while I was there. And then the m&ms I paired a manufacturer coupon with a store coupon to get those for $1.30 each.

Hershey had some coupons out for $1 off 2 of their 6-packs.  So I picked up a bunch of the Special Dark mini bars at the Walmart for 50-cents per 6-pack or 8-cents per holiday treat when I work them in to something cute and crafty.

And then I worked a moneymaker deal at the Walmart.  The Schick razors were $1.97 each.  I had coupons for $3 off which made me $1.03 on each one. x10 = $10.30 moneymaker to go towards the rest of my order.  The Reach flosses were 3-cent moneymakers on each too (97-cents each, coupons for $1 off).  I also had coupons for the pumpkin carving sets which made them 10-cents each, and the Baker’s Joy was $1something after coupons.  But my overage went towards covering most of that and some other things.
