4th of July goody bags for the kids.

Excluding the heat, I love the 4th of July. Barbecue, flags, fresh fruit, family, fun, and fireworks. But more importantly, taking that moment to pause and be grateful for the country in which I live. And I’m a mushy gal – you play me some America, the Beautiful or the Star Spangled Banner, and it’s waterworks time!
Today I’m sharing some fun goody bags (that I had up on the Fancy Pants Designs blog earlier this week) I made to give to the kids today. Red glow bracelets, red and blue bead necklaces, white Tic Tacs, and Hawaiian Punch Hubba Bubba. I just realized that now that my son got braces earlier this week, that he’ll have to trade his gum to his sister for her Tic Tacs. ….wah wah….
I used the Nautical collection from Fancy Pants Designs because that whole Cape Cod thing is very summer, Americana, patriotic-like, I think.
