I’ve got a couple of downer cards to share with you today. I know. I hate making sympathy cards! But we need them sometimes. Sad, but true. Anyway, so I’ve used this sentiment from myStampBOX’s Straightforward set.
The hardest part about making condolence cards for me is not going overboard. Because as you may know – I like my cards to have a lot of stuff on them. But somehow banners and stickers just seem…not right for the occasion. Sympathy cards are like my own little challenge. And I hate challenges. I hate being a conformist. But with these kinds of cards I stifle myself and force myself not to go haywire which I do so well – heh. Ah well – it’s the thought that counts.
