The last soccer game of the season.

Today is my daughter’s last soccer game. I have mixed feelings about that. She LOVES playing soccer and she and her team are SO good. They have been together for 3 seasons now and they really are a *kick-ass* group of girls. So she’ll miss it – and I’ll miss going out to the soccer fields and watching her and having that moment each game where I realize how she’s not a baby anymore *sniff sniff*. HOWEVER, I will enjoy having our Saturdays back! Especially on the days when it was soccer AND a BSU game getting from one end of town down to the other was somewhat chaotic. Anywho – here’s the card I’m putting in her soccer bag just to let her know how proud I am of her and how much joy she brings me.

Your end of season soccer card is awesome! What a bittersweet day for both of you. But Spring soccer will be here before you know it. 😀
