Mother’s Day Pockets.

We’ve all got aunts and friends and other relatives out there who could use a a little extra love on Mother’s Day, so a sweet treat it is.
For these pockets I used Hazel & Ruby’s Wrap It Up paper in Glassine & Gold and Newsprint Floral. I used a small pocket die and ran it through my Big Shot to get my little pockets made. I’ve seen templates on the internet for pockets and envelopes in all sorts of dimensions.
I cut, folded and adhered my pocket together and then stamped a simple sentiment on it. Then I filled it with some candy, and topped it off with a fun clip.
It doesn’t take a lot of time or money to brighten someone’s day, and the gesture will go a long way – and come back to you tenfold! 🙂
