Happy Weekend, Dolls!
I’m back with some more Christmas bags that I made for Michelle’s Scrapbooking & More which feature Cosmo Cricket’s Mitten Weather collection. You’ll want to check out all the deets as I’ve got new stuff available in the shoppe, and a lil’ giveaway at the end of this post.
I paired this collection with my new red gingham bags – what a great combination as the red in Mitten Weather is true red.
You’ll notice the tag has my name on it. My husband, who I love dearly, is not the bestest wrapper in the world. So I told him he could use some of the Christmas bags that I’ve made to gift things to me in – LOL
This bag is more fun. I see people make hills and snow mountains and rolling green grass freehand – and it’s so easy. So I cut some of the lighter paper in the Mitten Weather collection to make snow mountainsish. Mountainsish. Yeah, I said it.
I needed a hat for my snowman so I cut a little pennant banner piece out from some The Girls’ Paperie paper and turned it upside down and put a big ol’ pom pom on top of it. So what if he looks like he’s ready for a birthday party, it’s snowing, be happy!
I intentionally left this photo darker so that you could see that I edged my snow mountains in glitter. I have a love-hate relationship with glitter. I love it. But I hate the mess. So glad I have dark carpet under my crafting area 😉
The winners of the lil’ Lawn Fawn stamp are: BethieJ, Jessica Wekenman, and Stephanie Washburn. Girls, contact me (e-mail button on the sidebar) with your snail mail info and I’ll get these out to you.
In case you haven’t noticed, Saturdays are giveaway days. It’ll go through December. So be sure you stop by on Saturdays to enter, and to see if you’ve won because I do not track people down to tell them they’ve won. Up this week is a giveaway for one person. Papertrey Ink’s Fillable Frames 10 stamp set and coordinating die.
Just leave a comment here on this post and I’ll post the winner next Saturday.
