Adventures in Couponing – Chex Mix deal for you to try at Wags.

Connie asked that I post some deals before they expire so that maybe you can get in on them too. Now I am not a coupon blogger, and I do have a real job and a couple of kids, but, I am off today and this is a quick and easy little deal you can do if you have a Wags (Walgreens) near you.
Chex Mix – who doesn’t love Chex Mix? Put your hand down, liar! 😛
So here’s the deal.
Buy 5 bags of Chex Mix on sale at Wags for 99-cents each = $4.95.
Print out and use (2) 50-cent off (1) Chex Mix HERE (if you have access to 2 computers, print out 2 more!).
Takes your total down to $3.95.
You will pay $3.95 plus any applicable sales tax.
Register Reward will print out after your transaction for $3.50.
So you got (5) Chex Mixes for 45-cents, or 9-cents each.
Now with that $3.50 Register Reward you can go back in to Wags and buy something else like milk or whatever, or you can take it to Walmart and use it there because it’s a manufacturer’s coupon – – my Walmart takes these no problem, but I don’t know if that works at every Walmart everywhere.
Note – this is an easy peasy scenario. Some of us who are big in to couponing have more Chex Mix coupons from printing them out before or from them being in the newspaper recently. If you have more coupons you can obviously make this deal sweeter – like I am doing. But if you don’t, just print out the (2) coupons from above (you have to hit the back button a couple of times to print another one) and this is a great score for a novice couponer. Also – don’t wait to print out the coupon as often times the manufacturers have a cap and once the coupon is gone, it’s gone.

Sorry, not trying this one. Okay, I love chex mix too, but right now we’re swimming in it. A lot of people here like to make their own and give these away as gifts for Christmas. Not sure how many bags I consumed – but think enough to last me until next Christmas, LOL.
