Kid – you’re my favorite.

Now now, don’t cry for me Argentina, because I did have 2 more cards picked up for the February CARDS magazine. I’m still pretty excited about all this publication stuff. I’ll be in CARDS October, November, January and February. Gotta get crackin’ on my March submissions. But anyway!! – – so this card for a kid didn’t make it. Funny thing is, another card for a kid that I made did make it and I think this one is way better – ha. I guess a lot of things go into what makes it in to a magazine, like the colors and the sentiments with regard to all the other submissions that are going in. I guess that’s why I’m not a creative editor at a magazine because I don’t know anything *giggles*
Anywho – this is more paper from the Prima Rock on Love paper pack and the chipboard letters are from the same line as well. I think I’m gonna have to give this card to someone else to use because if I gave this to one of my kids I think there’d be big trouble in little Boise.
And now something totally not card related.

Is anyone else a total fan of this show? Oh my goodness it’s fantastic! I saw the couple of pilot episodes in the spring and I was sooooo happy it was well-received and made it back for the fall line-up. It’s about high school and music and football – – what’s not to love?! Here’s a little clip from last night’s episode – so awesome.

Cute card! I love the color combinations. And I don't see why your kids would end up fighting if only one of them received this card. HA!
