Have you tried Zva bling?

Today I’ve got 2 cards using bling by Zva Creative. I’d be interested to know if you have tried any of their products and if so, what your thoughts are. I’m really struggling with their bling and I see so many people – the pros – using this stuff and before I write it off forever I want to know if I’m in the minority here.
My first card today (pardon the crooked photo) features patterned papers by My Little Shoebox on some Lemon Tart cardstock. I stitched around the edge and on the folded up piece of the patterned paper. My flowers and bling are both from Zva (the flowers I have no issue with). Here’s my problem with their swirly blings like this: flimsy, do not hold their shape and do not adhere well….anyone? My sentiment is from Verve.
On this fun card I’ve got patterned papers and chipboard by Sassafras – who knew monsters would be so popular? Monsters and robots – and more are coming out this year. My shooting star is from Zva and I’ve notice that things like this and the arrows are nice and firm, so that’s good – but again, the adhesive isn’t that…sticky, I guess. My blue line bling is from them as well and again – flimsy and not doing so hot with the adhesive.
On cards that I made after these two and used Zva products on, I added a little Tombow Mono Multi to them before adhering. I mean I guess I could do that all the time but that sort of defeats the purpose of self-adhesive, KWIM? So anywho – if you’ve used these, I wanna know what your thoughts are. I should ad I’ve had different packs from different sources – so telling me I got a bad pack ain’t it *wink* – thanks!

You rocked that Zva bling! I see a ton of people using it too but I haven't used it much. I have a hard time using one big item like that on a card…lol!

Hmmm…. Not what I wanted to read Mrs. Phillipi. I have only used Prima crystals that are all pretty and flourishy like that… but never Zva. I was looking forward to trying them. I think I'll still try, but with a cautious eye. Regardless… you cards are FAB. You are making me want to play with lemon tart! 🙂 Love the way you made the bling trail/explode out of your sentiment. All of it is yum.

LOL, I have an unopened package of Zva bling just waiting to be used, and now ya tell me it's not sticky. 😉 It looks great on your cards, though!!

That shooting star is super cool! I have not tried any of their bling (surprise, surprise), so I can offer no assistance.
I like how you made the flowers look like they are coming out of a little pocket. (well, they do to me anyway)

I'm behind the times and have not tried the Zva bling. Looks gorgeous though, and I know I'm about to break down and get some 🙂 Aren't there other brands out there? Anywho, love both the cards. The second one with the star is my fav! Also, your PTI Blog Hop card is GORGEOUS!!!! I ADORE IT!!!
