My husband flew out this morning to go to California and see his mother. His parents were in a car accident in January and his mother was in the hospital for 2 months after that. She’s home now….but with a hospital bed in the house…so not necessarily a great recovery yet. So he’s gone to surprise them, see his mama, help out a little, cook for them, all that stuff. Should be a nice visit for him. I’m totally jealous because there’s a Der Wienerschnitzel right at the end of their street, and we don’t have those here. So unfair!
