Adventures in Couponing.

It seems that they really want to get people in the door so they had a hot coupon for 99-cent chips. Also, there was a pork coupon on coupons.com for $1-off. I was able to print 6 of them on my various computers and had the nice butcher fella at Albertsons wrap me up single boneless ribs and paid about 40-cents per after the $1 off.
Then it was off to the Walmart. Summer time means King’s Hawaiian rolls are on sale. They were $2.28 less a $1 coupon = $1.28 each. Hinode brown rice was 56-cents after a $1 coupon. Pineapple was 30-cents after a 75-cent off 2 coupon. Free batteries, free Frosting Creations, free coffee and free relish.
All free at Walgreens pairing sale, coupons, and rolling Register Rewards from week to week.
Sodas were 99-cents and they had a 55-cent coupon on them making them 44-cents each. I was just there last night and they are 88-cents starting today, the coupons are still on them so that will make them 33-cents each.
I found an interesting blog: the Prudent Homemaker. She’s not a couponer, but she is a saver. She lived off her stockpile for an entire year. Holy hat. Pretty pictures too. Check her out if you get a chance.
