When life gives you Lemons…

Filed under: Uncategorized .I was a busy little beaver yesterday – made more than what you see here 😉 Oh – but check this: I gots me one of those photo boxes and I’m not sure I’m head over heels in love with it. For starters, the background is either black or blue or gray – no white option?? I mean I guess I can put a white something back there, but for the money, why should I have to?? And are the pictures really that much better than my pictures were before? I’m not sure – you tell me? I’m thinking of returning the thing and doing the set-up that Dawn has but I was too lazy and thought this would be easier.
Anyway – it’s Monday and I’m off to work…fun times….>sarcasm< 
I made this card for this week’s OCC challenge. I don’t always do their challenges, about half the time maybe, but this one caught my eye and I thought I’d have fun with it – which I did. I love October Afternoon paper…so fun to work with and relatively easy to match.
I made a set of these with different sentiments on them for my friend Vicki’s birthday. She doesn’t come to the blog so it’s OK to show this because she’ll never know. She’s in to lemons – who is in to lemons?? Isn’t that the oddest thing? Whatever. When I saw this paper I knew I had to get it and do something with it for her. It was only 10-cents a sheet on clearance. Know why? Because NO ONE is in to lemons!! I think she’ll like these though. She’s a quilter and has been coaching me on sewing so I had to get some sewing on there to impress.

I love the lemon card! Great sewing on there too! It will definitely make her day. Thank you so much for helping me hide my links : ) What would I do without your guidance lol!
