New Year Happy Mail.

I’ve always been big on happy mail, but between a car accident, major surgery, and building a new house, I sort of slacked off last year. So this year one of the things on my list is to send more happy mail. I have a list on my phone of the holidays I want to send something for: New Year’s, Valentine, Mother’s Day, Spring/Easter, Halloween, Fall/Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
First up is New Year’s.
I stocked up on Christmas clearance from Target at 90%-off and thought I could use the gold and silver items to embellish my Gold Metallic Horizontal Bigger Bitty bags for some new year pizzazz.
I got some fun tissue and included a family picture from Christmas, a card, and some chocolate gold coins.
I embellished the outside of my bag with a lace doily, a large colored tag, gold and silver initial ornaments, and gold & silver Divine Twine that I stitched down.
Starting 2017 spreading good cheer – check!
