Kissin’ that week goodbye!

Usually the week gets better as it goes on, but man, my Friday was r-o-u-g-h!
Came home and Rob barbecued some chicken and then I made cards with the kids. I had been promising them that we’d make cards together and naturally earlier this week I had promised them Friday night and of course it turned out to be a hellacious Friday – but there’s no breaking pinky promises, you know. We had a good time though – all I can tell you is, if you thought my cards were overembellished, wait ’til you see theirs *LOL* I’ll be posting them next Wednesday.

Now about this card – I {heart} this card. I thought it was really good, submitted it for something and was told that it was not all that – ha. Hey – honesty works! I still think it’s a good card – even if it’s not good enough *wink*

Well, I think it’s good enough!!! It’s gorgeous. We all have our own tastes, I guess. I love how you rounded the bottom corners, especially. And I’ve been eyeing that verve stamp for a while, and I’m jealous you got to make a card with it 😉
