Happy Harvest.
Posted by Michelle on October 25th, 2009 . Filed under: Uncategorized .I needed a quick Halloween craft/treat for my daughter’s church class. I thought I had until the end of the month, but her classes are only twice a month so I had a week to get them done (yes, there is a calendar but who reads those things anyway? – LOL). I had been stocking up on candy corn and candy pumpkins from my Walgreen’s Register Rewards escapades (that’s a whole ‘nother blog post, but I got all the Halloween candy for free…and bunches of other stuff).
I remembered I had these cone bags that I had gotten a while back, pulled out this cute Happy Harvest stamp from Studio G (so many people these days are anti-Halloween so I thought harvest would be better received), filled the bags with candy, topped with some ribbon and a button and I was good to go. Not terribly fancy or even all that creative – but 5-year olds will love ’em!
Be sure and come back later today (3pm MST) for my Papertrey Ink Blog Hop post. I am soooo stinkin’ excited to share my project with you!
Happy Sunday!

Maybe not fancy, but definitely cute and festive. 5 year olds WILL love them.

Yes, the 5 years old will love them! And I like the "happy harvest" saying, even though I don't object to Halloween sayings.
I'm excited to see your blog hop post!
